What age are your clubs for?
Our holiday clubs are for children aged 8 to 11.
Our after-school clubs are for children who are in school years 3 - 8.
Our bushcraft club is for children aged 10 - 14.
Where do your holiday clubs take place?

Jewell Academy, Jewell Road, Bournemouth, BH8 0LT.
St Ives Primary School, Sandy Lane, St Ives, Ringwood, BH24 2LE
The location of each club is specified on your email confirmation.
What time is drop off and pick up at your holiday clubs?
Drop off is between 9 and 9.15am and pick up is at 3pm.
What do I need to pack for my child for a holiday club?
You should ensure your child has appropriate clothing for the day including a sun hat if it is a hot day. Sturdy waterproof shoes are ideal. Your child will need a named water bottle and packed snack & lunch. Water is available on site to refill water bottles. We recommend children wear sunscreen as we are outside all day.
Do your staff have DBS (the new CRB) checks?
Yes, all our staff have enhanced DBS checks which are registered on the DBS update service. They also all hold safeguarding certificates. All our instructors are paediatric first aid trained and Archery GB (range safety) trained.
Where can I find your covid information?
We take the safety of your children very seriously. All our covid information can be found here.
Can I arrange for someone else to collect my child?
Yes, when you drop off, please let the instructor know who is picking up your child and we will make a note on our register. Please ensure your chid is aware of who they are going home with or who is picking them up so they know who to expect.
Can my child attend an after-school club at a school they do not attend?
I’m afraid due not. Due to school insurance reasons children who do not attend a school are not allowed on the grounds, however we do run a weekly bushcraft club at Butcher’s Coppice which any children between the ages of 10 and 14 can attend.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Not at this time I’m afraid.
Can I use childcare vouchers?
Unfortunately we are not set up to process tax-free childcare (the new childcare vouchers) at this time but we hope to do so in the next few years.
